Mine Winder
2023/2024 - ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI CÓRREGO DO SÍTIO MINERAÇÃO S.A.
Preparation of a conceptual study for upgrading the existing double-drum production Winder at the Cuiabá Mine, establishing new “operating parameters” and defining the electromechanical modifications required to increase lifting capacity.
2022/2025 - UMS GROUP (United Mining Services Group – South Africa)
Validation of the Pillar Project for Mineração Caraíba located in Bahia (ERO COPPER) prepared by UMS, including verification of the sizing of the Drum Winderes used for production, personnel transportation and excavation (mobile platform and Kibbles).
2022 - WINDER CONTROLS (South Africa)
Validation of the project to adapt the Drum Winderes developed by Winder Controls for UMS Group, to be used in the Pilar Project of Mineração Caraíba (Production Shaft with a depth of 1500 m).
2018 - LEAGOLD MINING - FAZENDA BRASILEIRO MINE
Technical study to determine the CAPEX, Scope of Contract and Detailed Schedule for implementing the recovery of the Ø 3.0 m Friction Winder, Headgear, Crushing and Loading Station of the Vertical Shaft at the Fazenda Brasileiro mine, whose operations were interrupted in 2012.
2016 / 2017 - ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI CÓRREGO DO SÍTIO MINERAÇÃO S.A. - CDS II
- Support in carrying out Automation tests and consultancy to modify the operating logic of the existing Hydraulic Unit in the Personnel Winder, in order to ensure “ramp” braking in situations of power failure and/or emergency stops of the Winder. The previously existing Hydraulic Unit did not provide this feature.
- Technical specification and issue of detailed drawings for new attachments for the Personnel Winder Cage at the CDS II Mine.
2014 - ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI CÓRREGO DO SÍTIO MINERAÇÃO S.A.
Detailed Project for the Upgrade of the Double Drum Production Winder – Vertical Shaft at the Cuiabá mine – including the installation of new “Lebus” type linings for the Winder drums, aiming to install traction cables with a 38 mm diameter to replace the existing ones (36 mm).
2005 - MINERAÇÃO TABIPORÃ LTDA.
Determination of the useful capacity, sizing of the Single Drum Winder and lifting accessories for the Morro Mine Inclined Plane, located in Campo Largo, Paraná.
