Water Pumping/Solution
2023/2025 - PAN AMERICAN SILVER - JACOBINA MINERAÇÃO E COMÉRCIO.
Preparation of detailed projects for implementation in “Phase II – Optimization – Gate I” of the Jacobina Plant, as follows:
- Preparation of Basic and Detailed Design of the return water pumping system from the dam barge, including the installation of new pumps and access route for installation and maintenance of the pumps.
- Basic and detailed design of the sealing water and process water pumping systems, considering the unification of the high and low pressure systems of the sealing water circuit, with main and backup pumps to meet the demand of the plant’s slurry pumps.
2023 - ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI CÓRREGO DO SÍTIO MINERAÇÃO S.A.
- Development of project engineering for review of the pumping infrastructure of the bottom drain of the Cuiabá dam, located in the municipality of Sabará, MG.
2022 – MINERAÇÃO SERRA GRANDE
- Development of Detailed Engineering for the Relocation of Structures that receive the bottom drain of the Serra Grande Mining (MSG) dam, located in Crixás, GO.
2012 / 2013 - JACOBINA MINERAÇÃO E COMÉRCIO (Grupo YAMANA)
Detailed Project for the relocation of the Jacobina Plant’s leachate pumps, due to the heightening of the tailings dam.
2012 - ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI CÓRREGO DO SÍTIO MINERAÇÃO S.A.
Conceptual study of options for pumping water that comes out of the surface of the Grande mine (deactivated), including evaluation of a water treatment plant, determination of CAPEX, OPEX and economic analysis of the options. Service in partnership with “TESTWORK DESENVOLVIMENTO DE PROCESSOS”.
2011 - ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI CÓRREGO DO SÍTIO MINERAÇÃO S.A.
- Detailed project for the installation of horizontal slurry pumps to replace the existing centrifugal booster pumps (horizontal) in the water intake of the Cuiabá mine.
- Execution of a Technical Study to determine the operational flow rates of the Viana pumps and pumps existing in Level 3 of the Cuiabá mine.
2003 - VOTORANTIM METAIS - MINA DE MORRO AGUDO
Sizing, selection and specification of new centrifugal pumps for water recirculation in the Limestone Sedimentation Basin.
