Pumping/Flows Of Ore Pulp
2023/2025 - PAN AMERICAN SILVER - JACOBINA MINERAÇÃO E COMÉRCIO.
Preparation of detailed projects for implementation in “Phase II – Optimization – Gate I” of the Jacobina Plant, as follows:
- Preparation of Basic and Detailed Project of the tailings pumping system including the installation of new slurry pumps, new sealing pumps and replacement of a section of the tailings line.
2020 to 2023 - ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI CÓRREGO DO SÍTIO MINERAÇÃO S.A.
CDS PLANT (Córrego do Sítio)
Design engineering services for replacement and/or repowering of five slurry pumping systems installed in the flotation and grinding areas of the CDSII Plant, based on technical recommendations prepared by the manufacturer WEIR.
2020 - YAMANA GOLD - JACOBINA MINERAÇÃO E COMÉRCIO.
Preparation of the Basic and Detailed Design of the Pulp Holding Tanks of the tailings line and the Return Water Tank for the tailings dam.
2010 - ARCELORMITTAL MINERAÇÃO SERRA AZUL S.A.
Preparation of a Conceptual Study and Basic Design of the tailings feeding system, in gravity flow, for the drainage bays and the pumping system to recover water from the Serra Azul mine.
2010 - SAMARCO MINERAÇÃO S.A.
Technical study aimed at determining the operating curves of the tailings pumping system at Plant II (Germano Mine facilities), including assessment of wear problems in centrifugal pulp pumps and detachment of polyurethane coatings from pipes.
2006 - PSI DO BRASIL ENGENHARIA LTDA.
Services provided to the company as follows:
- Engineering Coordination of the Basic and Executive Project of the EB 4 and EB 5 Pumping Stations of the second pipeline of SAMARCO MINERAÇÃO S.A (between Germano/MG and Ubu/ES).
- Engineering Coordination of the Basic Project of the pipeline from the Pico mine to Vargem Grande (Vale S.A.).
2001 / 2002 - CERRO VANGUARDIA (Argentina) - ANGLOGOLD SOUTH AMERICA
Evaluation and resizing of the following systems at the Cerro Vanguardia Gold Ore Treatment Plant (gold), located in Santa Cruz, Argentina, aiming to increase the circuit capacity:
- Pumping of tailings from the treatment plant, due to the heightening of the dam.
- Vacuum system of the Deaeration Tower including evaluation of the precipitation solution pumps.
